Terms & Conditions - CMPL Expo 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Contract Manufacturing & Private Label (CMPL) Expo 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not complete the registration.

2. Eligibility

Registration is open to trade professionals and industry stakeholders only.
Entry is strictly restricted to individuals 18 years of age and above.
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

3. Registration & Badges

All visitors must complete the pre-registration form to receive an e-Badge.
The e-Badge must be presented at the venue for entry and badge collection.
Each registration is valid for one individual only and is non-transferable.
A valid invite code is required to complete registration.

4. Event Access

Venue: Jio World Convention Centre, BKC, Mumbai
Dates: 04 - 06 May 2026
Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Access includes Ground Level (Pavilions 1, 2 & 3) and Level 3 (Jasmine Halls 1 & 2).

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
Photography and videography may be restricted in certain areas.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates the code of conduct.

6. Data & Privacy

By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your data may be shared with exhibitors and event partners for event-related communication.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

All registrations are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Please refer to our Refund & Transfer Policy for complete details.

8. Liability

The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by attendees during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

9. Changes to Event

The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue layout, or format without prior notice and without any obligation to provide compensation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
